The semi-automatic filler is designed to fill various viscous or non-viscous liquids into PET, PVC, HDPE, or glass containers.
It is commonly used in the food sector (olive oil, rose water, molasses, vinegar, sauces) and beverages (spirits, wine), among others.
Dedicated vacuum filling machines are necessary for filling viscous liquids. The vacuum filling system includes a vacuum pneumatic pump that creates a vacuum inside the container.
Filling can only commence after the vacuum phase. Once the preset level is reached, any excess product is collected in a recovery tank and can then be returned to the processing system before filling.
