Roll-fed labellers are hot-melt rotary labellers designed to apply plastic or paper wrap-around labels from a reel onto cylindrical or shaped containers, whether empty or full.
The labelling unit features a servomotor that precisely controls the stretching of the film, which is unwound, cut, and transferred to the container using vacuum technology. The stainless steel glue roll applies adhesive to the edges of the labels, with a design that ensures minimal glue consumption.
