GUJA Linear Filling Machine
The GUJA linear filling machine is designed for low and medium production volumes, requiring maximum flexibility. It can be equipped with up to 16 nozzles, both in an intermittent configuration or continuous movement cycle: the nozzles are installed on a trolley that follows the worm screw during the filling process.
The format changeover is simple and tool-free, involving only the replacement of the infeed screw. The nozzles do not need to be adjusted, making the operation quick and efficient.
In its most compact version, bottles are held in place by centring devices that allow precise filling.
All filling technologies provided by TIRELLI can be installed on these machines, except for net weight.
