Checking unit to control presence of rubber stopper on the bottom of the cartridge. If no rubber stopper is detected the machine will not fill that position (no bottle-no fill system) and rejects the cartridge.

Filling unit composed by 8 syringes with stainless steel AISI 316 cylinder and piston SS316L. The ELECTRONIC ADJUSTMENT OF THE DOSE is very simple and adjustable from HMI, without stopping the machine and without having to open the doors / safety protection.

Bowl feeder for aluminium caps provided of support adjustable in height.

Transfer chute for caps from the bowl feeder to the cartridge in star-wheel.

Checking unit to test the presence of cap on the cartridge neck. If no cap is detected the machine will reject the cartridge.

Set of 16 capping heads to guarantee the perfect tightness of the filled cartridge. The heads are crimping style using a collect to minimize formation of particulates.
