Completely automatic carton erector, opens and seals the bottom of pre-glued american cartons with scotch tape. Extremely reliable, robust and silent. A motorized trolley extracts the carton from an appropriate adjustable magazine, so the flaps are folded and sealed.

The whole system is adjustable and the format change is quick and easy thanks to convenient calibrated guides. The structure is made in painted steel fully inspectable and fit with safety guards and access doors with sensors in accordance with current regulations.

Integrated logic PLC allows the management of the machine through user friendly controls panel on each side of the machine to achieve maximum operation.
